AiAD is run by KENAN GROUP LTD, Sarid St 28, Jaffa, Israel (“we”). This page says what we keep about you, why, who handles it for us, and how to have it removed. We keep as little as the service needs, we do not sell data, and we run no advertising trackers.
What we keep
- Your account. Your email address. If you sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft, also the name that provider shares and an account number it gives us. We never see or keep a password — you sign in with a one-time code by email, or with your provider.
- What you make and send. The pieces you keep in the Imaginarium, the files you bring to the engine for a quote, and the requests and messages you send the studio.
- Orders. What you order, the country you choose (it decides which prices you see), and the contact details you give for delivery. Payments are handled by the payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
- AiAD coins. A ledger of the coins granted to and spent by your account.
- Visits, without cookies. A small counter records the page, the site you came from, your country and the kind of device. Your network address is mixed with a secret that changes every day and then discarded, so we cannot recognise you from one day to the next.
Why
To run your account and your orders, to prepare quotes and answer you, to keep the service secure against abuse, and to understand in aggregate how the site is used. Nothing else.
Who handles it for us
- Supabase — the database and the sign-in system.
- Netlify — hosting of the site and its server functions.
- Resend — sending the sign-in codes and the studio's replies by email.
- Hugging Face — running the models that turn your words into a piece in the Imaginarium; what you describe is sent there to be drawn.
- Google, Apple or Microsoft — only if you choose one of them to sign in.
- The payment provider — only when you pay.
Each processes your data only to provide its part of the service to us.
How long, and how to delete it
We keep your account and what you made while your account is active. Ask us at any time — through the contact page — and we delete your account and your pieces. The only records we keep after that are the ones the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to receive a copy, or to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and we answer within 30 days.
Children
AiAD is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly keep their data.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top moves. A change that matters to your account is also sent to your email.
