AiAD — the website at aiad.art, the engine, the Imaginarium, the kits and the AiAD software — is run by KENAN GROUP LTD, Sarid St 28, Jaffa, Israel (“the studio”). By using it you agree to these terms.
Your account
An account is for one person. Keep your email and your sign-in provider secure; what is done through your account is yours. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or other people.
Prices, quotes and orders
- Prices are shown to everyone. A figure marked “order of” is an estimate, not an offer.
- An order is agreed when the studio confirms it to you in writing. Payment is made in three parts: 30% to place the order, 40% before cutting begins, and 30% on completion.
- A kit is sent flat-packed with its assembly steps; you assemble it. Follow the steps and the stated hardware; the studio is not responsible for damage caused by assembly that departs from them.
The studio's designs, and yours
- The works shown on AiAD, their designs and their files belong to Gilad Kenan and KENAN GROUP LTD. Blueprint packages of the studio's works are available only through a written reseller or partner agreement.
- What you imagine, upload or describe remains yours. You let us process it only to provide the service to you — to measure, quote, draw and keep it for you.
AiAD coins
AiAD coins are credits for features of the service. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for money, and may change in what they buy; coins granted for free carry no value outside the service.
Fair use
Do not attack or overload the service, do not try to reach other people's data, and do not use AiAD to make anything unlawful.
Responsibility
The service is provided with care but without a promise that it is free of errors. Measurements, unfoldings and quotes are aids to fabrication, to be confirmed before cutting. To the extent the law allows, the studio's responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order or feature concerned.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction.
